Student Emily Lutes Awarded WBCA Scholarship

White Bear Center for the Arts awarded its third annual $500 scholarship to recognize a senior student for their commitment to academic and artistic excellence. This year’s recipient is CVA student Emily Lutes, majoring in illustration.
