CVA ALUMNI EXHIBITION AND REUNION, JUNE 27 - JULY 19, 2008
Thank you to all of you who participated in the Alumni Exhibition and joined us for
the reunion on Friday, June 27.
More than 50 alumni submitted work for the exhibition and 300 attended the opening.
This year, alumni were asked to fill out a questionnaires which were compiled into a booklet. View the online booklet.
SAVE THE DATE: JUNE 5 - 27, 2009
Dates are set for next year's CVA Alumni Exhibition and Reunion scheduled to run June 5 - 27, 2009.
The reception and reunion will be on Friday, June 5 from 6-9 p.m.
Submission requirements will be the same as the 2008 exhibition, featuring 12" by 12" artwork. Look for more details
by e-mail and snail mail.
ALUMNI IN THE NEWS
Cassandra Monson ’02, is teaching a summer art camp August 18 - 22
at a beautiful art gallery in Minneapolis, Homewood Studios.
The students (ages 7-12) will be given quality art materials and taught how to use them.
Students will learn all about color, shading, drawing and painting. They will also explore sculpture,
maskmaking, papermaking and beadmaking. Students will be given much creative freedom to make amazing art
that will be treasured for years to come! Scholarships are available.
Camp Cost: $220 for the full week or $120 for half day
