Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) is a Minnesota Department of Education program that offers qualified high school seniors a challenging and rewarding introduction to art and design school. High school students interested in building a portfolio for art and design school admission and earning credit towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the College of Visual Arts are encouraged to apply.
Participants can only choose to take both or one of the offered PSEO classes listed below. It is a two semester, year-long commitment to the fall and spring semesters. Classes meet twice a week, Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Studio classes are two hours and fifty minutes and liberal arts classes are an hour and twenty minutes. Although CVA offers morning and afternoon classes, we cannot guarantee class times until registration in June.
